At Musleemat, we aim to deliver your hijabs and modest Islamic clothing quickly, securely, and transparently. This policy outlines how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays)

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM GMT
- Orders placed before this time are processed the same day
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
During peak periods or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All prices are in GBP (£).
Important: Delivery times begin after dispatch and do not include processing time.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Free delivery on orders over £30
- £3.65 shipping fee for orders under £30
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days
🇺🇸 United States
- Flat rate: £25 (orders up to 2kg)
- Estimated delivery time: 7 business days
🇪🇺 Europe
- Flat rate: £15 (orders up to 2kg)
- Estimated delivery time: 5 business days
Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
- International shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Musleemat does not control customs delays
We are legally required to declare accurate shipment values and cannot mark items as gifts.
5. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
We will investigate and resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
