  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • United Kingdom
    • Free shipping on orders over £30
    • £3.65 for orders under £30
    • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
  • United States
    • £25 flat rate (up to 2kg)
    • Estimated delivery: 7 business days
  • Europe
    • £15 flat rate (up to 2kg)
    • Estimated delivery: 5 business days

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to couriers or customs
  • Orders over 2kg may require additional charges or may be cancelled

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are legally required to declare accurate values

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Personal care items

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Unclaimed or returned shipments are not eligible for shipping cost refunds.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier.

If a parcel is marked as delivered:

  • Customers should check with neighbors or local delivery offices
  • MUSLEEMAT will assist in investigations but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in such cases
